It takes 3 to 10 working days to deliver shipments to our domestic customers. Timelines for bulk orders will vary as it takes time to receive the items, quality check and pack them. We take every effort to inform our customers of our shipping timelines in advance. Timelines for International customers will be longer.
The actual shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout of each order.
If the package is not in good condition while receiving the parcel please do not accept it and you may return it back to us.
Shipping Policy for International Orders
For international orders, it takes 7 working days for us to dispatch the order from the date of order. We use DHL / FedEx for international orders and it the actual shipping charges as collected as per the logistics partner.
If the parcel is not received in good shape we offer a replacement for the items damaged while receiving it without any additional or shipping cost.
Order cancellation can be done until the shipment is connected and a full refund will be provided.
