Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Any customized product that includes but not limited to embossing, custom packaging, personalized etc are not eligible for cancellation
Returns will be processed through either NEFT or Payment gateway within 2 to 3 days
